Do you have a computer that no one knows the password to a local account?
What we will do is switch place on Utilman.exe and cmd.exe
When booting up press power button when you see the windows logo as pictured below.
Do this twice
Then Windows recovery will kick in
Remember to refresh after everything you do it does not automatic update.
Locate program Ultimate that can be found in
(drive letter can be different from computer to computer) \Windows\system32\Utlimate
Rename it or move it, I was not allowed to rename I got an error message,
so I had to move it.
Then after that locate cmd that is located in the same folder, rename it to Ultimate.
I had to copy it to the USB drive then rename it and copy it back.
When that’s done
Close the windows, press cancel, press X and then pick Continue (Exit and continue to Windows 10).
Then when you see login screen press
Now you will get a CMD prompt windows.
You should get this
It means you are now using one of the system’s most powerful accounts.
Type net user to see all accounts
After you have picked account you will type
One example: net use administrator *
Then you pick a new password
Hint: it might happen you will need a network connection to do this
